Good afternoon, Parents,

As we prepare for practice on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, please review the important details below:

Location:
O'Hearn Matthews Sports Complex
6107 Bayou Rapides Road
Alexandria, LA 71303

Time:
Practice begins at 5:30 PM.
Team huddle at 6:45 PM.
Dismissal at approximately 7:00 PM.

For safety reasons, parents must meet their players in the huddle at dismissal.

Arrival & Sign-In:

• All players must sign in upon arrival by scanning the QR code at the check-in table.

• Players must come to the table with a parent/guardian to be checked for mouthpieces.

• Cleats should be worn. Dress appropriately for the weather, as the field is an open area and may feel colder.

Birth Certificates:
If a birth certificate has not been received, your child will not be able to participate in practice or any league activities. This is required for age verification. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure no athlete misses participation.

Practice Format:
After sign-in, players will be dismissed to the field. Parents are welcome to stay and watch.
Following warm-ups, players will rotate through breakout skill stations (passing, throwing, routes, etc.).

Water:
Players may bring their own water. Water will also be available.

Participation Requirement:
All players must attend at least one practice to be eligible to play in weekly games.
