1. 📄 Birth Certificate Submission
   If your child is new to our organization, please submit a copy of their birth certificate by the deadline provided.

2. 🏀 Team Assignments
   Once registration closes, we’ll place players on teams. You'll receive a team announcement via email.

3. 📧 Stay Connected
   Please check your email regularly—this is our primary form of communication for all league updates.

4. 📅 Practice Start Date
   We’ll send out an email with your child’s first practice date and time once teams are finalized.

5. 🗓️ Game Schedule
   Once the full schedule is set, it will be posted on our website for easy access.
