We accomplish this by providing access to recreational sports, meaningful community outreach, and essential life skills instruction—creating a foundation for growth, leadership, and lifelong success.

As a nonprofit organization, our work focuses on increasing youth and family engagement in uplifting activities, building strong community connections, and providing consistent, values-based guidance to help young people grow into confident, responsible leaders.

OUR STORY
"Remember Why You Started."
Founded in 2019, JCW Foundation was born from a deep-seated passion to uplift, empower, and inspire youth across our communities. That passion is rooted in our own upbringing in a small town—where remarkable mentors instilled in us the life skills and values that still guide us today.
Their influence planted the seeds of our mission: to pay it forward and build a legacy of kindness, compassion, and hope.
Before launching JCW Foundation, we spent nearly 30 years volunteering with youth. Through those years of service, we saw firsthand the challenges our young people face and the support they truly need. That experience led us to one powerful truth:
Helping today’s youth requires empathy, consistency, and problem-solving leadership.
OUR THREE CORE INITIATIVES
🏀 Youth Sports Participation
We promote engagement in structured, positive activities that teach teamwork, discipline, confidence, and healthy competition.
🌍 Community Connection
We strengthen ties between youth and their communities through outreach events, service projects, and relationship-building opportunities.

We mentor young people in essential real-life skills that support both personal growth and athletic success—laying the foundation for lifelong impact.
