At JCW Foundation, Inc., our mission is to empower youth to become positive influences in society and leaders within their communities.

We accomplish this through recreational sports, community outreach, mentorship, and life skills development programs that promote confidence, character, leadership, and personal growth.

By providing positive opportunities and meaningful experiences, we help young people build a strong foundation for lifelong success.

OUR STORY

Remember Why You Started.

JCW Foundation was founded in 2019, but our passion for serving youth began long before that.

Growing up in a small town, we were fortunate to be surrounded by mentors, coaches, teachers, and community leaders who invested in our lives. Their guidance helped shape our character, instilled important life values, and demonstrated the impact that one caring person can have on a young person's future.

For nearly 30 years, we volunteered with youth through sports, mentorship, and community programs. Along the way, we witnessed both the tremendous potential of young people and the challenges they face.

Those experiences reinforced a simple belief: every child deserves positive role models, meaningful opportunities, and a community that believes in them.

That belief became the foundation of JCW Foundation.

Today, we continue our commitment to helping youth learn, grow, lead, and reach their full potential while strengthening the communities we proudly serve.
