REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All players register using one main link.

Players will be placed into the correct division after registration.

2026 Divisions (By Birth Year)

5U: 2020–2021

7U: 2018–2019

10U: 2015–2017

13U: 2012–2014

17U: 2008–2011

January 1, 2026 - Age Cutoff

Division Note: To ensure all players have a fun and engaging experience, the 5U and 7U divisions may be combined to provide more opportunities for game play and team interaction.

Season Dates

Spring 2026:

March 10, 2026 - First Practice

March 21, 2026 - Season Kickoff and Skills Showcase (Family Meet & Greet, Player Skill Demonstrations)

March 28, 2026 – May 09, 2026 - Regular Season Games

May 16, 2026 - The Flag Bowl (This season, the top two teams in each division will compete in The Flag Bowl, a standalone showcase game celebrating excellence, teamwork, and competitive flag football)

April 4, 2026 - Bye Week

Time Commitment

All JCW Foundation, Inc. sports programs require a minimum commitment of 2 hours per week, including:

Game Day: Saturdays (Sundays may be used for makeup games)

Practice: One weekday practice

Practice Schedule

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Players must attend at least one practice per week to participate in games.

Players are not required to stay the full practice time.

Registration Fees & Family Discounts

Early Registration (open until February 28, 2026):

All players: $20 off the registration fee

Families with multiple players: Additional discount applies:

First child: extra $10 off

Second child: extra $20 off

After February 28, 2026:

Early registration discount ends; only family discount will apply

Important Registration Notice

Your child is NOT officially registered until:

1️⃣ Registration form is completed

2️⃣ Registration fee is paid

3️⃣ Confirmation email is received
